About PassMCCQE

PassMCCQE is an independent exam-prep tool for international medical graduates preparing for the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE). It is built and run in Ontario, Canada.

What's in the bank

1147 original multiple-choice questions across 6 disciplines, and 12 original clinical cases with 53 linked questions across the MCC's 4 dimensions of care. A free demo of each (12 MCQs and 8 case questions) is open to everyone without sign-up.

How questions are written and checked

• Original. Every question and case is written for PassMCCQE. We never use, request or accept MCC exam questions or "recalls" — MCC exam content is confidential.
• Mapped to the MCC blueprint. Cases follow the MCC's dimensions of care and their published weights; MCQs cover every major discipline and the presentations in the MCC's examination objectives.
• Referenced. Every explanation points to a guideline or standard reference by title and topic so you can read further. We cite titles only and never reproduce copyrighted text.
• Checked against current Canadian guidance. Content is written to current Canadian practice — for example Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care screening recommendations and the Canadian Immunization Guide. Exam facts were last checked 2026-09-30.
• Written with AI assistance, then checked. Questions are drafted with the help of AI and checked for accuracy, a single best answer and plausible distractors before publication. Automated checks also stop common flaws, such as the correct answer always being the longest option or sitting in the same position.
